As a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Zolon Tech Solutions Inc. is itself committed to the ongoing identification of small and diverse suppliers that can add value to the services we deliver to our clients. Small and diverse companies not only provide economic and social vitality to the communities in which we live and work, but they add value to the IT solutions we deliver and enhance our role as a leader in the IT services industry. In keeping with this commitment, our Diverse Supplier Program endeavors to provide opportunities for small and diverse companies to partner with Zolon. We actively seek:

Key Program Components
  • Active participation in the Virginia Minority Supplier Diversity Council (VMSDC)
  • Active participation in the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Business Council (DFWMBC)
  • Active participation in the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC)
  • Outreach to small and diverse suppliers through opportunity fairs
  • A dedicated Zolon Resource Manager who actively matches business opportunities with supplier partners in our existing network and recruits new diverse supplier partners
