Goutham Amarneni
President & CEO
 
Mr. Amarneni co-founded Zolon Tech Solutions Inc., and presently serves as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. He started the Company with just two billable consultants, including Mr. Amarneni himself, and rapidly expanded in the technology corridor of the Washington, DC metropolitan area. During the Company’s early years, he spearheaded the delivery of mission-critical application development projects in Oracle technologies for GlobalOne!, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation, Sprint, Unisys and Washington Gas. After securing the Company’s initial portfolio of projects, he focused on developing operations that would support globally distributed delivery for US-based IT projects.
By 2003, he had expanded delivery operations to Hyderabad, India, to provide offshore delivery of application development, engineering and business intelligence optimization projects. He also expanded the Company's vertical domains to Financial Services and Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Communications. By 2006, he had built a company with offices covering most of the United States, a Global Delivery Center in Hyderabad, India, and a compound average annual growth rate of 76 percent.

A consummate entrepreneur, Mr. Amarneni co-founded another company, ZTI, a US federal government IT solutions provider that was recently awarded a federal contract valued at over $90 million. Before founding Zolon in 1998, Mr. Amarneni worked as a technologist for Telespectrum Worldwide, Inc. and Systems Engineering Services Corporation.

Mr. Amarneni holds an M.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University. An expert technologist, he specializes in logical and physical database design and development and database administration, particularly in Oracle products. He is an active member of the Virginia Minority Supplier Diversity Council (VMSDC) and the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC).

 
Hemanth Kumar
Chief Financial Officer
 
Mr. Hemanth Kumar
Mr. Kumar oversees corporate finance and investments. Based in Hyderabad, India, he also heads the Company’s Secretarial and Legal Departments. He has over sixteen years of experience structuring business models for public companies, arranging cross-border mergers and acquisitions, setting up joint ventures between US and Indian companies and providing audit and management consultancy services.

His experience includes spearheading fund raising activities through Initial Public Offerings of equity shares, preferential and rights issues in India and issuing Global Depositary Receipts on the Luxemburg Stock Exchange. He has also worked for companies listed on stock exchanges both within and
outside India and has an established track record in successfully maximizing shareholder wealth. Mr. Kumar started his career with a highly respected senior audit firm. He has also held positions heading accounting and finance teams at West Coast Softech Private Limited and MosChip Semiconductor Technology Limited.

Mr. Kumar is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was awarded the prestigious V. Kumar Memorial Award for scoring highest in the Institute of Company Secretaries' tax law examinations and is also a national rank holder in the company secretary examinations. He holds a Graduate in Law Degree and Honors Degree in Commerce, both from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.
 
Zach Smith
Vice President, Operations
 
Mr. Smith leads all global resource management for Zolon Tech Solutions Inc., He was instrumental in developing Zolon's metrics-driven, just-in-time recruiting capabilities that leverage resource management teams in the US and India that work multiple shifts throughout the day and evening to ensure that resources are identified and sourced for our clients, even during the evening hours in the US.

Before joining Zolon, he held resource management leadership roles with IT services companies such as RST, Inc. and Oxford Global Resources, Inc. Before entering the IT services industry, Mr. Smith was a professional tennis player. He played ATP tennis circuits in Spain, India, Germany, Belgium,
and France. His first career was as an officer of the United States Army, serving tours in the US and Europe.

Mr. Smith is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, for which he played Intercollegiate Varsity Tennis and Squash, ultimately serving as the tennis team captain. For the past ten years, his principal hobby has been working as a soccer referee at both junior and adult levels.
 
Jeremy Harless
Vice President, Sales
 
Mr. Harless is responsible for managing Zolon Tech Solutions' ERP Consulting practice, focusing on solutions that improve our clients' ability to optimize their investments in SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel and Lawson. Under his leadership, the ERP Consulting Practice has executed projects ranging from full lifecycle implementations to upgrades and business process reengineering engagements. His industry experience includes Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Higher Education.

Before joining Zolon, Mr. Harless was Director of Business Development with a Dallas-based consulting firm where he developed an ERP practice revolving around Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP applications. He was also an ERP Group
Manager with Princeton Information and Oxford Global Resources where he developed a practice focusing on Human Resource and Financial Applications from SAP and Oracle. His teams achieved the distinction of being the most successful in the country.

Mr. Harless holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Northwood University where he also minored in International Business. While attending Northwood University, he was an all-conference pitcher for the university baseball team where he played for 4 years. He currently volunteers as a youth baseball coach in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
