IT services are about leveraging people, processes and technology to deliver business value to enterprise customers. That’s why Zolon’s delivery processes are internally assessed at Maturity Level 3 of the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integrated (SEI-CMMI ML 3).

Zolon’s processes describe entry criteria, tasks, exit criteria, measurements, and verification activities. Processes ensure that tasks are performed in a repeatable way. In addition to processes, Zolon maintains forms, templates, checklists, and guidelines-standards that assist project team members to quickly adopt the processes and use them effectively.

Zolon’s SEPG-Software Engineering Process Group-participates and guides the project team in deriving processes that are suitable for the needs of a project. The process of tailoring involves adding, deleting or modifying processes such that resulting processes are better suited for achieving project goals. Detailed tailoring guidelines ensure that projects are granted maximum flexibility to operate efficiently while preserving the maximum process commonality across projects.
